FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas separators and can be used in submersible centrifugal pumps for oil, water and other fluid extraction from wells. Centrifugal gas separator comprises casing, separation device and channels for supplying gas-liquid mixture and for discharging separated liquid and gas. Separating device is provided with end seals and is made in form of set of sections densely joined to each other. Each of sections is made in form of two concentric cylinders, between which are blades, curved in shape of helical line. Edges of blades of adjacent sections are aligned with each other, forming single continuous blade. End seals are located at edges of separation device.

EFFECT: technical result consists in elimination of abrasive destruction of gas separator.
