FIELD: drilling of soil or rock.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rock cutting tool, in particular to diamond drill bits for drilling deep oil and gas wells. Diamond drilling bit comprises a body with a connecting thread and a central cavity, blades directed from the top of the drilling bit towards the connecting threads forming the water passages and diamond cutting elements mounted on the blades with an axial channel communicating with the central cavity of the body. Bit is additionally provided with diamond cutting elements with a hole offset from the axis of a diamond cutting element. Diamond cutting elements are mounted on the blades in three groups, the first of which, starting from the top of the drilling bit, has diamond cutting elements with an axial hole. In the second and third groups, diamond cutting elements are installed with a hole displaced from the axis of the diamond cutting element. In the second group, the diamond cutting elements are installed with the hole offset towards the water passages. Diamond cutting elements in the third group are set so that a horizontal vector passing through the axis of the diamond cutting element and a vector passing through the axis of the diamond cutting element and the axis of the offset hole of the diamond cutting element, formed an angle less than 90° from the side of a water passage, directed towards the top of the drilling bit.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the operational life of the bit.
