FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling engines field, particularly to manufacturing of diamond drill bits. It is implemented turning and milling treatment of components of casing, channels for supply of washer fluid to blades, cutting edges of rock-destroying and reinforcement insertions with polycrystalline diamonds (PDC) and treatment of slots for them. There are installed into mentioned slots graphite ends, casing is heated up to temperature tH preliminary equal to 500°C. There are welded spaces between plugs from running and front flanks of blades by abrasion-resistant alloy of type of tungsten-cobaltic. There are removed plugs after welding and cooling and there are installed instead of them insertions with PDC. There are sealed insertions at temperature not exceeding 650°C. It is implemented tempering at temperature t0 preliminary equal to 280°C. After that all working surface of drill bit is purred, undercut and applied on it by electrochemical method high-wear-resistant composite cluster coating on the basis of chrome with microparticles of diamond of thickness up to 0.8 mm, microhardness up to 1200 kg/mm2 with friction ratio less than 0.08.
EFFECT: there is increased reliability of protection of casings, blades and rock-destroying components of straight bit.
