FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport and can be used in the construction and / or reconstruction of main pipeline transitions through natural and artificial obstacles constructed by trenchless methods. In the proposed method, filling of the annular space with mortar is carried out in stages. At each stage, mortar is injected into the annular space and after the mortar cures, mortar of the subsequent stage is fed. Filling of the annular space is carried out by means of two injection pipelines, which are fed into the annular space from one end of the tunnel transition to a distance L. To fill the annular space, a mortar having a density of not less than 1100 kg/m3, a funnel viscosity of not more than 80 s and setting time of not less than 98 h.
EFFECT: technical result: improvement of the quality of filling of the annular space with plastic material during the organization of tunnel transitions of the main pipeline under natural or artificial obstacles, mainly filled with water, by creating a continuous, damp-free plastic damper that prevents damage to the pipeline under possible mechanical or seismic influences.
