FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipelines for fluids. Method of filling binder with material between pipeline and its protective shell during trenchless pipeline laying includes well preparation technology and placement of protective shell in it, technology of input into inner cavity of protective shell of pipeline with uniform filling of annular space with binding material along whole length of section of trenchless pipeline laying. Device for filling binder with material between pipeline and its protective shell during trenchless pipeline laying includes head with two connected to it pipelines, bridges for rigid attachment of the head on the plug, which is rigidly connected to the pipeline, rope, stop for pulling the rope and solution ducts into the well.
EFFECT: invention can be used in construction and/or reconstruction of sections of pipelines laid in tunnels (micro tunnels) and protective cases, including at pipeline crossings through natural and artificial obstacles.
