SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of educational activity in the system of higher education and is intended for the certification of university professors on the basis of their pedagogical qualifications. System for assessing the pedagogical qualifications of the university professor contains a consecutively connected input block for the evaluation components, a data processing and analysis unit to which an actual data sensor and an evaluation result display unit are connected, characterized in that the blocks contain the necessary initial data and operators for the simultaneous calculation and display of the mean square values of the final mean values of students' self-assessment according to the aggregated characteristics of the effectiveness of training sessions and the average value of the assessment of the preparedness of the training process by experts.
EFFECT: technical result of the utility model is to increase the reliability of the evaluation of data processing.
