SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and apparatus for generating a digital-analog signal of angular stabilization of a non-stationary control object. To generate an angular stabilization signal, a digital signal of angular position is set, measure the digital signal of the angular position, form its lag, an analog signal of the angular velocity is measured, a digital error signal is generated and converted into an analog signal, the output of the angular velocity is formed, the velocity head signal is measured, the delay signal is delimited in a certain manner, the minimum velocity head signal is set, set the minimum level of the signal for limiting the total signal at values of the velocity head equal to or less than the minimum. Device contains a digital angle sensor, an angular velocity sensor, a digital angle adjuster, a digital comparator, a digital-to-analog converter, summing amplifier, actuator, delay element, high-speed head sensor, three adaptive signal limiters, a unipolar relay element, a controllable switch, a minimum speed head signal selector connected in a certain way.

EFFECT: improved accuracy and quality of management of the non-stationary control object.
