SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pharmacology, surgery and traumatology, and is intended for painless and bloodless removal of dried bloodstained bandages adhered to the wounds, as well as for bleaching a wound and the skin around it. Bleaching opener of dried blood to soak the bandages adhered to a wound contains 0.75–1 % hydrogen peroxide, 1.2 % sodium bicarbonate, 0.5 % lidocaine hydrochloride and bidistilled water.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides optimum osmotic, alkaline, buffering, foaming, washing, anesthetic and bleaching activity of the solution, necessary for debridement of wounds for effective and safe softening of the bandage, bloodless and painless removal from the wound and bleaching of the wound and skin around it in conditions of superficial anesthesia.
