FIELD: medicine; hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and hygiene and is intended for cleaning, bleaching and disinfection of installed and removable dentures, other dental structures and surgical instruments. Invention consists in that the whitening cleanser of dentures is prepared on water for injection and contains 2.0–10.0 wt% of sodium bicarbonate, 3±0.3 wt% of hydrogen peroxide and oxygen gas at an overpressure of 0.2 atm at 8 °C. Agent is heated to a temperature of 37–42 °C.
EFFECT: claimed means provides cleaning, deodorization, bleaching and disinfection of dentures and surgical instruments with traces of blood and pus due to hyperthermic softening, alkaline saponification, cavitation loosening, dissolution and oxidative decolorization.
