FIELD: test technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing the durability of aircrafts in a complex two-component loading, particularly to tests of supported panels of the airframe primary structure operating simultaneously on compression and shear to determine the actual strength and stability, as well as to choose their rational configuration and stowage of polymer composite material in aircraft units, perceiving in operation the flows of compressive and shear loads. Device contains a power drive, side walls, a panel with a working section in the central zone located between them, resistance strain gauges. Device additionally comprises an elastodeformed plate which is rigidly connected to the side walls, between which the transverse tie bolts with adjustable pitch are placed that limit the working area of the panel, the side walls have an average section with reduced stiffness in the area of the working section of the panel. Power drive contains thrusts for applying active efforts on the short sides of the panel, and in the corners of the working section of the panel there are jet thrusts placed diagonally.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the test results, accuracy of loading conditions and the reproduction of boundary conditions, as well as the nature of the deformation of a standard experimental panel of the power framework of the aircraft airframe from PCM under complex loading in laboratory conditions to loss of load-bearing capacity.
