FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric transport. Cooling system of the traction converter of the electric rail vehicle comprises a cooling circuit, including a circulation pump with a drive for bleeding the coolant. Receiver with a coolant (hydrogen), direct branch pipe and straight valve connected to it, return pipe and return valve connected to it, drives for direct and reverse valves, cooling jacket for transistors of the traction converter, hydrogen-atmospheric heat exchanger, temperature sensor, controller. Receiver with a cooling substance is connected to a straight branch pipe, which is connected to a circulation pump via a direct valve connected to the cooling circuit, which is connected to the cooling jacket of the transistors of the traction transducer, included in the cooling circuit, which is connected to the hydrogen-atmospheric heat exchanger, included in the cooling circuit and connected by a return connection to the receiver with the cooling substance. Return connection is equipped with a return valve with a drive, connected via a straight pipe to the circulation pump, and the temperature sensor is directly connected to the transistors of the traction transducer and the controller, which is connected to the drive of the circulation pump, the direct-valve drive and the return valve drive.
EFFECT: improved efficiency, reliability and reduced operating costs are achieved.
