SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a snow clearing device for removing snow from a railway track and from adjacent areas and a mobile snow clearing system for removing snow from a railway track incorporating this device. Snow-cleating device (2) is configured to be transported by railway vehicle (1) and comprises frame (4) adapted to be attached to railway vehicle (1). On frame (4) plough device (6) is installed with the possibility of moving plough device (6), which can be moved between the inoperative (transport) position in which it is raised and the working position in which it is lowered for snow removal. In the working position, various settings of the plough device are possible. In this case, plough device (6) comprises a plough (8) consisting of several hinged joint sections (10, 12, 14, 16) of the plough. Snow clearing device (2) also comprises operator's cab (44) which is movable on frame (4) together with the plough device (6). Mobile snow clearing system comprises at least one plough module (54) configured to be mounted on a railway vehicle (1) and comprising said snow clearing device (2).

EFFECT: technical result consists in fast and effective cleaning of railway tracks from snow.
