FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to method of snow removing from railway tracks or rail vehicles tracks sections and device for its implementation. Method consists in snow transportation by snow collection device (10) to snow melting device (50), where snow is melting into liquid. Thereafter, melt water is transferred into liquid tank (70), from which melt water is drained. At that, for transfer of snow side brushes (41, 42) are used, located on snow collection device (10) working zone sides. Side brushes can also be raised and installed into parking position. Contained in device snow collection unit (20, has revolving brush (21). Two rotating side brushes (41, 42) are made with possibility of lifting and installation into parking position. In operating position said side rotary brushes (41, 42) form V-shaped structure and arranged so, that can move in direction, which sweeps away snow from track and inside snow collection unit (20) operating width.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of efficient by time snow collection and removal.
