FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device contains two modules and hollow tie rod with the nut-shaped hexagon, through holes and thread, shaped taking into account of the tire radius, diameter, width and profile height. In their central part modules are executed integrally with the U-shaped bracket one of the sides, and at the bottom opposite is monolithically with the massive thrust bearing with the vertically-through threaded hole in its middle, and on the flanks are monolithically with the grousers similar to the U-shaped bracket. U-shaped bracket from the internal, and grousers from the internal and external sides have pea-shaped spikes for reliable adhesion to tire treads and for more reliable road grip. One of the modules thrust bearing vertical threaded through hole is made the left-sided. Tie hollow rod is made with the left-sided on one, and the right-side on the other of its ends by the outer thread for the mirror-arranged modules quick duplex tie. Holes for the known wrench are drilled through along the nut-shaped for the hexagon known spanner wrench, which is rigidly fixed approximately in the middle of the hollow rod.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the fastening reliability, and increase in the vehicle tire anti-skid device mounting speed.
