FIELD: processing and utilization of waste; technology of water and air purification.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wastewater treatment system containing organic, predominantly proteinaceous, contaminants and can be used to purify industrial wastewater from dairies. Sewage treatment system includes a mechanical cleaning unit, biological treatment unit with a bioproduct complex, a physico-chemical purification unit including grease trap 2, averager preaerator 3, flotator 5, reagent tanks, flotopenes 7, raw cake 6 and water 8. Biological treatment unit consists of a complex of cascaded and connected bioproducts 9–16, made in the form of irregularly shaped polygons corresponding to the landscape. Dams of bioproducts 9–16 are formed from earthen embankments of excavated soil of loamy and clay rocks and reinforced with polymer nets and lawn grass. Bioproducts 9-16 are equipped with discharge chambers 17–24 with the possibility of independent operation. Last in the cascade of post-treatment bioproduct 16 contains higher aquatic vegetation and is connected to water disinfection chamber 26.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the degree of purification and disinfection of wastewater containing organic, predominantly protein, compounds up to the norms of discharge into the reservoir of fishery value with the additional possibility of recycling water.
