FIELD: ecology; water purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the complex purification of mixed industrial and household wastewater. The technological line contains mechanical purification devices, an averaging tank, a bioreactor, and a physical and chemical purification device in the form of a floater. Mechanical purification devices are two sand trap units installed in front of the averaging tank. One of the sand trap units and a coalescing filter are designed for purification of industrial and rain wastewater containing petroleum products, the other sand trap unit is designed for purification of household wastewater. The bioreactor is a biological purification unit with a bio-membrane mobile layer, the carrier of which is “biochips”. The biological treatment unit is divided into two independent lines, each of which consists of a denitrifying agent, an aeration tank and a nitrifying agent. After the biological treatment unit, a floater, a tank of clarified effluents, a mechanical filter unit, a sorption filter unit, and an ultraviolet disinfection unit are installed sequentially. A slot filter is installed between the sand trap unit of household wastewater and the averaging tank.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of mixed wastewater purification.
