FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the oil and gas industry, in particular to equipment, technologies for hydraulic fracturing. Pressure exchange system includes a hydraulic fracturing system including a hydraulic energy transfer system in the form of a rotational isobaric pressure exchanger, which is arranged to exchange pressure between the first fluid and the second fluid, the propulsion system, connected to a hydraulic power transmission system and configured to transmit the torque to the hydraulic power transmission system, and a controller with one or more operating modes for controlling the propulsion system.
EFFECT: inventions are aimed at facilitating the rotation of the hydraulic power transmission system by using highly viscous fluids with solid particles, which accelerates its launch, reduces the wear of high-pressure pumps, increasing the pressure of hydraulic fracturing, allows to grind solid particles and mix the fluids more precisely in the hydraulic system by changing the operating speed.
