FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to earthmoving engineering, namely to the operating elements of scraper in tandem. Scraper in tandem includes a tractor, a front bucket with vertical walls and a combined lip system, on the front apron of which there is a scoop cutting element with horizontal cutting and lateral vertical side-cutting lips, and a rear bucket ensuring the digging of the entire bucket width. On the front apron of the front bucket, symmetrically to the longitudinal axis, there are two scoop cutting elements, with their lateral outer vertical side-cutting lips being located beyond the bucket and provided with guiding surfaces that are inclined inwardly in the front bucket to the outer side-cutting lips in a horizontal plane by an angle ϕ and to the plane of the cutting blades in a vertical plane by an angle α. Lateral inner vertical side-cutting lips are inclined to the bucket axis in a vertical plane by an angle β to horizontal cutting lips.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption of digging by providing free cutting along one track.
