FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to earthmoving and transport machines, namely scrapers. The knife system of the scraper includes a stepped knife system of the bucket, a front flap, rotary flaps with cheeks, the axis of rotation of which is combined with the axis of rotation of the front flap. The cheeks are placed between the inner walls of the scraper bucket and the front flap, while latches are installed on the front flap that interact with the rotary flaps, which are made with the possibility of changing the length. On the inside of each rotary flap, the right and left guide devices are rigidly attached. At the same time, cutouts are made for the right and left guide devices in the front flap. The rotary flaps are connected by a crossbar.
EFFECT: improvement in filling the bucket with soil, especially in the area of the front flap, when developing the soil in conditions of the least energy-intensive free cutting.
