FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of on-board instrumentation and can be used to determine the malfunctions of the gyroscopic meter of the angular velocity vector (GMAVV) of the spacecraft. Monitoring of the channels for measuring the angular velocity of the spacecraft is carried out by forming six fault signals, which are sent to the input of the calculator of the spacecraft control system and are the initial data for detecting the fail state among the gyroscopic meters of the angular velocity vector and determining the faulty angular velocity sensor. In this case, control device 1, first switch 2, actuator 3, spacecraft 4, star tracker 5, four angular velocity sensors 6, 7, 8 and 9, test signal generator 10, first control unit 11, second control unit 12, third control unit 13, four amplifiers 14, 15, 16 and 17, four adders 18, 19, 20 and 21, four constant signal generators 22, 23, 24 and 25, four basis signal generators 26, 27, 28 and 29, fourth monitoring unit 30 and second switch 31.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality based on increasing the accuracy and reliability of GMAVV troubleshooting.
