SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing a polydiene. Method for preparing a polydiene comprising the step of polymerizing a conjugated diene monomer using a lanthanide-based catalyst system in the presence of a silaned compound of formula Siωxθ4-x, wherein each ω independently represents a vinyl group, a substituted vinyl group, an allyl group or a substituted allyl group, each θ independently represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group, or two or more groups θ can be combined to form a polyvalent organic group, and x is an integer in the range of 1 to 4, where ω and θ do not include halogen atoms.
EFFECT: technical result is the proposed method makes it possible to obtain polydienes with improved viscoelastic properties.
