FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: plastisol contains emulsion PVC K-66, epoxidized soybean oil, calcium stearate, dioctyl phthalate, shading components, represented by titanium dioxide pigment and pigments. A dry mixture is prepared by a stepwise mixing of emulsion K-66 polyvinyl chloride with epoxidized soybean oil, calcium stearate, hydrophobized chalk and shading components with vigorous stirring in a high-speed mixer for 20-30 minutes. Further, it is dispersed in dioctyl phthalate for 30-40 minutes.
EFFECT: non-toxic plastisol with high fluidity, high adhesion of emulsion paint to the painted surface, providing aesthetics and decoration to products under the conditions of prolonged operation.
