FIELD: chemistry; performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plastisol for rotational moulding of an article with Shore hardness of 50-60. Plastisol for rotational moulding of an article with Shore A hardness of 50-60, selected from a toy or a doll part, has the following composition, wt. %: dioctyl terephthalate 44.6-44.7, complex heat stabilizer 0.7-1.49, calcium stearate 0.53, pigment paste – not more than 5, microsuspension PVC resin – balance.
EFFECT: reduced toxicity of PVC plastisol due to exclusion of ortho-phthalate plasticisers from its composition and reduced consumption of PVC plastisol by up to 5 % when making articles compared to the prototype while maintaining the declared hardness of the articles.
