FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiophysics and can be used to monitor solar, geomagnetic and seismic activities, earthquake precursors, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, thunderstorm activity processes, powerful cyclones dynamics, as well as to detect nuclear and other large-scale explosions and fires, large accidental jetting actions at nuclear power plants, launches of space vehicles and rockets, radiations of powerful radio transmitting complexes of radar and communication purpose, means of special effect on the ionosphere in order to control its parameters. This result is achieved due to the fact that the system for recording the ionospheric disturbance contains satellite GLONASS/GPS radio navigation systems and an extended array of two-frequency receivers providing receiving and processing complex signals with a phase manipulation, wherein each two-frequency receiver comprises a receiving path, a frequency converter, a demodulator of complex phase-manipulated signals, a recording unit, a receiving antenna, an input feeder, a broadband filter-preselector, a low-noise amplifier, bandpass filters, heterodynes, mixers, low-pass filters, multipliers, phase shifters by 90°, phase detectors, phase-locked loops.
EFFECT: achieved technical result is an increase in the sensitivity of the ionospheric disturbance detection.
