EFFECT: high sensitivity of detection and accuracy of determining the propagation speed and direction of arrival of an ionospheric perturbation using an array of receiving stations of GLONASS/GPS radio navigation system satellites by reconstructing the spatial distribution of the full electronic content of the ionosphere based on data on radio probing of the atmosphere with GLONASS/GPS signals.
