SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydromeliorative construction and can be used for watering and feeding small shallow water courses of the hydrographic network – reservoirs, reservoirs, ponds, beams and ravines from the channels of irrigation and drainage systems. Device includes input 1 and output 4 ends, conduit 3 located under channel 2, apertured holes in the outlet part of branch pipe 5, regulating element 8 in the form of conical plug gate 9. Conical closure 9 and the apical part of tubular branch pipe 5 are formed with single-shaped curved surfaces, and the sub-tube part of outlet head 4 is fixed with a stone outline. In order to prevent the entry of suspended particles into the pipeline and collation of the holes on inlet end 1 of the pipeline, protective filter cartridge 14 is provided.

EFFECT: application of the invention will allow to expand the functionality of large irrigation canals of the irrigation and drainage network, ensure rational use of water resources through their collection and simultaneous filing both for irrigation and for irrigation of small watercourses of the hydrographic network.
