FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to irrigation and environment-oriented construction, it can be used to regulate the watering of natural watercourses (draws and headwaters) and emptying the canals with water discharge into the natural elements of the top (upper) hydrographic network (hollows, low grounds, ravines, draws), performing the functions of a water outlet. Water outlet from channel 1 into the hydrographic network includes water-transporting pipeline 4, laid down under the canal dam, water intake headwell 3, shut-off device 5, outlet end in the form of hydrant 6, a sub-diaphragm water intake 8, perforated diaphragm 7 of circular or semicircular shape. In this case, the regulation of the discharge of water discharged from channel 1 into the watering of water bodies is carried out by means of a gate valve and by varying the diameter of the water outlet pipe, and the erosion-safe drainage of water from the device is provided by dispersing the water flow into separate jets by means of a downward outflow of a part of the water flowing out of the pipe through the holes of perforated diaphragm 7.
EFFECT: application of the invention will allow not only to expand the functionality of large channels of irrigation and drainage systems, but also to provide watering of low-water streams of the hydrographic network, excluding a number of negative phenomena, the formation of which is possible under a surface transfer of water resources.
