SUBSTANCE: spacers method for forming a plastic panel for the purpose of using it for heating and cooling of premises, characterized by the installation above the heat exchange radiating surface of the heat-insulating gas layer, while the heat-insulating gas layer is bounded on one side by the surface of the heat exchanger, and on the other by the transparent plastic membrane in the infrared range, which is installed above heat exchanger by means of spacers that create a sealed cavity between the heat exchanger and the membrane, by attaching the spacers to the membrane and heat exchanger.
EFFECT: condensate does not fall out of the water vapour of air in the conditioned premise.
