SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiant heating and cooling systems and can be used for space heating and cooling. The climatic panel for radiant heating or cooling systems contains a radiant metal case with suspensions for mounting at the required height above the heated or cooled working area, heating or cooling elements in the form of pipes, thermal insulation, while flexible stainless steel pipes are laid on the radiating or absorbing metal case or copper, which are a closed circuit with a coolant inlet and outlet, connected to a common coolant supply system, which are covered with a special heat-conducting compound with a thickness of 0.2-1.2 of the diameter of the pipes for supplying the coolant, and then a heat-insulating layer of heat-insulating material is applied on top 0.5-2.0 of the diameter of the pipes for supplying the coolant, while the dimensions of the steel case of the climatic panel are from 100 to 300 mm in width, from 300 to 6000 mm in length.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a climate panel with quick and easy assembly, improved parameters for heating or cooling the working area and the possibility of creating local heating or cooling zones in buildings with a complex contour of rooms and given aesthetic parameters.
