FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the natural and associated petroleum gases treatment before supply to the consumer. Natural and associated petroleum gases deep cooling device contains the Rank-Hilsha vortex tube and Laval nozzles, connected in series in one housing. They are two stages of gas cooling down. Cooling down stages connection is made with channels with the possibility of the propane-butane fraction liquid component forming and separating after the first stage and ethane after the second stage in the Laval nozzle. Housing inner wall is provided with inclined planes for the absorbent wall spreading, which provides the gaseous ethane additional cooling down and absorption. Cooling down second stage takes place in the Laval nozzle. In the metal housing Laval nozzle contains an inner cage made of elastomer with helical grooves. Variable height of screw lifting hi corresponds to the relation hi=πdi⋅tgα, where di is the nozzle passage variable diameter in this section; α is the screw lifting angle. Device also includes supply of the absorbent, cooled down propane-butane, which absorbs liquid and gaseous ethane, thereby increasing effect of the methane from ethane separating.

EFFECT: invention provides a greater reduction of the gas temperature in the device in an optimal mode.
