FIELD: chemistry; metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrochemical treatment of the surface of metals and alloys in order to obtain corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant coatings on their surfaces and the subsequent formation of hermetic permanent connections. Method is characterized in that protective coatings are applied to the surface of the parts to be treated by microarc oxidation in a container with an electrode in the form of a porous screen, through which the electrolyte is supplied at a flow rate of 6 to 8 l/min at a voltage of 220 to 260 V and a current density of 4 to 10 A/dm2 within 8–10 minutes with subsequent additional processing of parts in another container in a solution of dimethyl phtalate with addition of polytetrafluoroethylene for at least 10 minutes at a temperature of 20–25 °C followed by drying in air at a temperature of 205 to 210 °C for 5–7 minutes, and after drying, the treated surfaces are squeezed by a force that exceeds the pressure of the medium between the surfaces by at least 3 times.
EFFECT: technical result: increase of tightness of connection of details.
