SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for pressing tablets made of a powder or granular material. Rotary tablet press comprises housing having pressing section (6) with rotary drum (10). Drum comprises matrix disc (40), upper punch guide (20), lower punch guide (30), and plurality of punches (25, 35). Punches are arranged along the circumference with a predetermined radius defining the pitch (p) of the rotary drum. Bearing assembly (50) connected to rotary drum (10) is provided in the press and provides support for at least one auxiliary component. Bearing assembly comprises bearing (51) and support means (60) for at least one auxiliary component. Bearing (51) is located outside the pitch (p) of the rotary drum in the radial direction (r).

EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to improve the accuracy of adjusting the position of the auxiliary components in the press and to simplify its cleaning.
