SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of pharmaceutical industry, in particular, to devices and methods of tablets production by pressure working, and may be used in other industries for production of the similar products. The pressing assembly contains a bed plate with female molds and plungers, a charging device for feeding the material liable to pressuring into the molds, and a tool for tablets unloading. The hole of each mold and the first end of the corresponding to it plunger are located inside a chamber. The charging device and the device for the tablets unloading are made closed. At that the charging device is communicates with an inlet branch pipe for a detachable coupling with an outlet branch pipe. The given pressing assembly is mounted with a capability of disconnection in the rotational tableting press. The bed plate with female molds is connected to the driving shaft located in the body with a capability of disconnection. The press has at least one cam for interaction with the second ends of the plungers. For cleanout of the pressing assembly there is a washing station with at least two separate devices with the washing liquid. The indicated devices ensure feeding of a washing liquid into the pressing assembly and its withdrawal. As a result of it the invention allows to reduce the time interval for cleanout of the press assembly between charges of batches of tablets, the danger of pollution of environment and the effect of the product on the operator.
