FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and concerns the constructive implementation of an instrument that provides measurement and recording of accelerations of ground and object motions over a wide frequency range and accelerations from the most insignificant and up to exceeding lg, which provides for the placement of both engineering seismic stations and stations for monitoring the technical condition of load-bearing structures of buildings and structures. Device additionally comprises a non-volatile memory unit of long-term storage of seismic signals coupled to an analog-to-digital conversion unit, dynamic range of measurements which is not less than 120 dB, and a controller of the control unit, the unit for generating an output signal to the communication line about the registration by the device of exceeding the specified threshold of the amplitude of the accelerations and an input signal receiver that provides synchronization of the input of the service and control information from the computer to the device through the input / output unit. Each seismometer has its own frequency of 28–30 Hz and the maximum possible displacement amplitude of the oscillating inertial mass is not less than 1.0 mm. Range of registration of accelerometers by the device is from 2.10-5 m/s2 up to 14 m/s2.
