FIELD: construction; seismology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for multichannel recording of seismic vibrations at an engineering seismic station and can be used to record seismic events on construction projects in earthquakes that cause damage to buildings and structures. In the given points, digital three-channel recorders of seismic vibrations are placed, part of which is made triggering, having the possibility of self-starting, for each of them their trigger level is set. Excess of a threshold level of seismic vibrations of the triggering recorders is controlled by the analog-to-digital converter comparators that compare the threshold level with incoming signals without recording the latter and transmitting signals of exceeding the trigger level to an analyzing device of an automatic central control station, which disconnect the analog-to-digital conversion on the corresponding triggered recorder. In the presence of two or more signals at an input of the analyzing device, the control unit of the automatic central control station transmits a signal for simultaneous activation of the analog-to-digital conversion on all digital three-channel seismic recorders. After that, all recorders perform simultaneous recording of signals on their data carriers. Analog-to-digital conversion is carried out with the clock frequency stability, at which deviation of the recording time of the last analog-digital signal from all three-channel digital seismic recorders is no more than 1/10 of the time between successive recordings of the analog-to-digital conversion signal.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and reliability of seismic vibration measurements.
