METHOD OF CONTROLLING SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC PUMP DURING PERIODIC PUMPING OF WELL LIQUID Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F04D15/00 E21B43/12 E21B47/04

Abstract RU 2655494 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and, in particular, to the control of the dynamic fluid level for controlling the submersible electric pump. Method generates a noise spectrum and modulates it to form wave breaks by means of successive resonators. Each of the resonators is tuned to its frequency. Noise spectrum is generated by a submersible electric pump and a filtration flow with perforations. Noise spectrum is modulated by resonators located on tubing-tubing. One resonator is placed over the electric pump and tuned to the frequency f1 of absorption of sound vibrations of a submersible electric pump. Second resonator is placed above the first at a given distance from the lower one. It is tuned to the frequency f2 of absorption of sound oscillations generated by the acoustic radiation of the filtration flow and perforations, in the form of wave pauses from the annular space of the tubing. Resonators are formed by acoustic marks in the form of impulses of the absorbed and emerging frequencies. Determine the dynamic level of fluid in the annular space. At a dynamic liquid level above the location of the upper resonator, the liquid is periodically pumped out.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of the method due to ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the well.
