FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, can be used in fountain, gas-lift, method of oil production, as well as together with electric centrifugal pump installation. Method of acoustic influence on flow of liquid in tubing string with feedback control includes lowering of tubing string into submerged pump string with submersible pump unit and acoustic radiator for specified length. Acoustic radiator is lowered into the tubing string on a carrying geophysical cable and placed above the submersible pump unit. Acoustic emitter is excited by cable. Prior to lowering of installation in well wellhead and annular pressure, well flow rate, product temperature. In the process of ultrasonic action, radiation frequency is recorded, pressure and temperature parameters are changed at the place of installation of the acoustic radiator. Thereafter, the radiation parameters are adjusted by the generator based on the feedback data, with the possibility of controlling the degassing process and determining the optimum depth of descent of the acoustic radiator. At the same time in the housing of the acoustic radiator there is a built-in thermomanometric system with vibration sensors with the possibility of selection of optimum parameters and depth of lowering of the acoustic radiator individually for each well for provision of resonance. Acoustic radiator is controlled by an ultrasonic signal generator.
EFFECT: technical result is higher energy efficiency of oil production due to its degassing by acoustic action of ultrasonic frequency range.
