Abstract RU 2655571 C1

FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of aircraft. Wing tip is in the form of a wing of a large elongation, which is a continuation of the main wing and executed with a span of not less than 10 % of the wing's half-span, and the size of the end chord is not less than 30 % of its root chord. It is made in the form of a steering surface, the plane of which makes an angle not exceeding 90 degrees with the plane of the main wing. In the first variant, the tip has an angle of positive sweep along the leading edge that exceeds the sweep angle of the main wing by at least 15 degrees, but is not more than 70 degrees absolute in absolute value. In the second variant, the tip has an angle of negative sweep, not exceeding 60 degrees.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at suppressing vibrations caused by flight in a restless atmosphere.
