SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and relates to the process of preparation of pharmaceutical substance based on iohexole, which includes the following steps: synthesis of 1-amino-2,3-dihydroxypropane, synthesis of 5-nitroisophthalic acid, preparation of 5-amino-isophthalic acid, preparation of 5-amino-2,4,6-triiodoisophthalic acid, preparation of 5-amino-2,4,6-triiodoisophthalic acid dichloride, 5-(acetylamino)-2,4,6-triiodizophthalic acid, synthesis of 5-acetamido-2,4,6-triiodo-N,N'-bis(2,3-dihydroxypropyl) isophthalamide, production of iohexole, filtration, washing, drying, the resulting iohexole is homogenized and packed. Group of inventions also refers to the use of iohexole, which is obtained by this method, as the pharmaceutical substance for the manufacturing of the medicament.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures the production of the substance of iohexole of satisfactory quality according to pharmacopoeial indices, which has low cost, with the high output of the target product.
