SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for time synchronization. Invention solves the problem of converting the transmission media of synchronization signal coming via digital interfaces from external synchronization sources or from GLONASS, GPS satellite navigation systems to fiber-optic communication lines without time delays for conversion with the ability to convert a synchronization protocol.
EFFECT: no time delays for conversion; increased degree of interference immunity of communication lines for the transmission of synchronization signals through the use of an optical data transmission medium, transmission of synchronization signals to at least two devices with an optical interface.
