SUBSTANCE: to a self-contained mobile telecommunication complex containing a satellite communication station (SC) consisting of a receiver-transmitter and an antenna system, the high-frequency input/output of which is connected to the high-frequency input/output of the receiver-transmitter, main and remote telephone sets (TS), a wideband modem, telephone communication subscriber lines and a VHF communicator, the high-frequency input/output of which is connected to a high-frequency input/output of the antenna there additionally introduced are two cable entries, a signal spectrum analyser, a control panel of the SC station, two cryptographic routers, two process automated workstations (AWS) equipped on the basis of portable computers (PC), two optic crosses, two DSL modems, two IP gates, two electric crosses, a fibre-optic communication line (FOCL), a firewall, the main and remote Ethernet commutators, a multifunctional device, two main and two remote AWS of officers, which are equipped on a PC base, with WEB cameras connected to them, a video conference communication unit, a video splitter, two video monitors, two main and two remote TS, GPS/GLONASS navigation receiver, two-wire telephone communication lines, a remote controlled dome-shaped high-resolution chamber, a camcorder with a DVB-T transmitter, an Ethernet wire link, order-wire service equipment and an order-wire radio communication unit. Introduction of new telecommunication means in an original combination with the existing communication means allowed achieving the set goal.

EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities owing to new types of services provided to the officers, including video conference communication and video translation with an increased protection degree of the transmitted information.
