FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the protection means against the vibration harmful influence and can be used in construction, in particular in the vibration-insulated foundations devices for machines and equipment with dynamic loads. Vibration-insulated foundation with pneumatic vibration isolation system includes filled with compressed gas foundation bath, located in the foundation bath support block, elastic member configured as a torus filled with a compressed gas and located between the foundation bath and the support block side surfaces, and compressed gas supply pipeline. Support block is made hollow with throttling holes communicating its cavity with the of the foundation bath cavity and with the torus cavity. Compressed gas supply pipeline is brought into the support block cavity, and to the support block upper surface level maintenance autoregulator, at that, to its lower surface the additional damping device is rigidly fixed, made hollow in the form of frame, with the support block having equidistant shape and located between the support block and the foundation bath bottom, on which the frame is supported through the mesh washer dampers, and which cavity is connected to the support block cavity through the throttling opening, or the additional damping device consists of housing, which is made in the form of base comprising the lower plate with the central hole, side cylindrical or conical wall with holes and rigidly connected to the wall disk ring, and the cover is made of upper cylindrical portion and two conical parts connected thereto, wherein in the upper part the cover is connected to the having cylindrical and threaded openings central bushing, and in the lower part the bushing has collar with conical surface. Resilient member consists of at least two elastomeric disk rings or mesh structure, which inner surface interacts with the central bushing, and the outer surface is with the cover and wall surfaces. Upper resilient member stiffness ratio C1 in the vertical direction to the lower resilient element stiffness C2 is in the optimal ratio of the values: C1/C2=0.5…0.9. Additional damping device mesh washer damper comprises base, elastic mesh element and washers, interacting with the bushings, the base is made in the form of plate with fastening holes, by the lower part the main mesh elastic element is supported on the base and fixed by the rigidly connected to the base lower washer, and by the upper part is fixed by the rigidly connected to the centrally located piston upper pressure washer, covered with the clearance coaxially located sleeve, rigidly connected to the base. And between the piston lower end and the sleeve bottom the elastic element is arranged, and the elastic element between the piston lower end and the sleeve bottom is made combined from the filled with elastomer mesh frame, for example, polyurethane, or mesh, with the mesh structure parameters as in the main elastic mesh element.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the vibration damping efficiency and reduction of dynamic loads on the building foundation lower structure.
