SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to a method for producing a preparation of natural male boar pheromones. Method includes grinding and homogenization of testes, roots of parsnip of inoculum and celery root, incubation of the resulting mass at a temperature of 37–39 °C for 60 minutes, the addition of urine to mature boars, stirring and pressing in a press with cells of 0.7 × 0.7 mm. Homogenization of testes and incubation of homogenate is carried out in the presence of polysorbate TWEEN-80. Roots of parsnip of inoculum and celery root are ground in a ratio of 1:1, homogenize and add 50–70 % ethanol, are mixed and subjected to ultrasound at a frequency of 20–22 kHz with an intensity of 10–20 W/cm² for 5–7 minutes, homogenize testes and urine of mature boars are added to the resulting mass, mixed and subjected to filtration and pressing in the press. Resulting filtrate is sublimated. In this case, the components are used in the following ratio: testogen homogenate 100–140 g, TWIN-80 polysorbate 0.10–0.15 ml, roots of parsnip inoculum 50–70 g, roots of celery root 50–70 g, ethanol 50–70 % 500–600 ml, urine of mature boars up to 1 l.

EFFECT: use of invention allows to obtain a drug with a high biological activity for stimulating the reproductive function in sows.
