FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly to the hatches of manholes for access to telecommunications networks. Disclosed is a set of buffers for a roadway device of a type, comprising a first buffer and a second buffer. First buffer comprises a first connecting side and a first web, which is located in first web plane (T1-T1) and which comprises an upper surface. Second buffer comprises a second connecting side adjacent to the first connecting side, and a second web which extends along second web plane (T2-T2) and which comprises an upper surface. set of buffers comprises connecting means, connecting the first buffer to the second buffer along the first and second connecting sides. Connecting means comprise hinge means defining hinge axis (X-X) between the first buffer and the second buffer along the first and second link sides. Connecting means comprise first stop means adapted to limit the break angle of the second buffer relative to the first buffer around the hinge axis (X-X) at a first angle limit (α1), in a direction of rotation leading the pair of upper surfaces towards one another.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing simple and efficient manipulation of a manhole hatch, as well as providing the opening of a hatch in different opening directions.
