SUBSTANCE: road inspection device includes frame to limit aperture, and articulated joint. Articulated joint includes plug with locking plate, and joint enabling angular movement of the plug between open and closed positions. Also, the joint includes first cam and first counter cam interacting in first angle range (α). The Joint includes additional cam and additional counter cam interacting in additional angle range (β; γ). First angle range (α) and additional angle range (β; γ) overlap in angular overlapping range which reaches at least 60°, and first cam and counter cam and additional cam and counter cam interact at the same time in that range.
EFFECT: reliable movement of plug, simple and easy-made articulated joint.
