FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the valve construction, in particular to hose valves for installation as the shut-off device onto the process lines and pipelines. Valve contains the elastic pipe (1), which is installed in the body (2). Valve is provided with pressure elements in the form of two beads (3), (4) with the rollers (5), (6). Rollers (3) and (4) are connected with the mechanism of their rotation, which is made in the form of two parallel shafts (7), (8), whose axes lie in the plane, which is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe branch (1). Beads (3), (4) are installed in the gears (9) and disks (10), which are located on the shafts (7), (8) with the eccentricity A relative to their axis. Beads (3) and (4) are rotatable in the gears (9) and disks (10). Gears (9) interact with the rotary handle (11) through the drive gear (12).
EFFECT: invention allows to move the rollers along the axis of the elastic pipe and change the pinching position thereof, which increases the reliability and durability of the hose crane, and ensures a uniform and sparing pinching of the elastic pipe along its length.
