FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pipe-gate comprises branch pipe and pressing device. The pipe-gate is made of flexible cylinder with collars secured to the flanges of the pipeline for compensating radial and axial movements. The wall of the cylinder is reinforced by means of the layers of cord threads arranged at an angle of 40-70° to the axis of the cylinder. The pressing device is secured to one of the flanges of the pipelines by means of two cantilevers and has bottom and top traverses interconnected through the side pillars and screw with the handle. The end of the screw is provided with pressing plank.
EFFECT: simplified structure and enhanced longevity and strength.
