FIELD: internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: system includes a gas turbine system having a turbine combustion chamber, a turbine driven by combustion products from the turbine combustion chamber and an exhaust gas compressor driven by a turbine. Exhaust gas compressor is configured to compress and deliver exhaust gas to the combustion chamber of the turbine. Gas turbine system also has an exhaust gas recirculation system configured to recycle the exhaust gas through the exhaust gas recirculation path from the turbine to the exhaust gas compressor. System further includes a primary oxidant compression system having one or more oxidizer compressors. One or more oxidizer compressors are separated from the exhaust gas compressor, and one or more oxidant compressors are configured to supply the entire compressed oxidant used by the combustion chamber of the turbine during the formation of the combustion products.

EFFECT: invention is directed to achieving stoichiometric combustion of a fuel and an oxidant together with at least a portion of the recirculation exhaust gas.
