FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber-cord composites and can be used in the tire and rubber industries. Rubber-cord composite consists of a layer of textile cord impregnated with a composition based on the latex DBA-1 copolymer of butadiene, butyl acrylate and methacrylic acid amide in combination with another latex and rubber layer based on unsaturated rubber including sulfur, sulfenamide C, stearic acid, zinc oxide, styrene-indene resin, technical carbon P-514, P-245, oil PN-6sh, modifier RU-D and white black BS-12- or RU-D and hexachlorparaxilolum, while the threads of the textile cord are impregnated once. Impregnating composition contains a dispersion of technical carbon with paraquinone and resorcinol.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the strength of the bond between the lining rubber and the impregnated cord, which increases the efficiency of the rubber-cord composite.
