SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for removing tissue fragments, biopsy samples, organs, objects from the abdominal cavity with endosurgical interventions. Troakar container for endosurgical interventions contains two tubes, freely and hermetically entering one into the other. External tube 15 cm long in the proximal part ends with a rim, protruding to the outside by 0.5 cm, and in the distal cone with a length of up to 3 cm, proximal to the base by 0.5 cm on the side surface, there is a window 5.0 cm long and wide, corresponding to the inner diameter of the tube itself. Inner tube 17.0 cm long has a proximal end, which ends with a pad with a rim, protruding to the outside by 0.5 cm, and closer to the wall of the inner tube, opposite to the window, has a cylindrical tube 5 mm long and 15 mm in diameter. On a cylindrical tube, a rubber pad is tightly sealed to a 10 mm endosurgical trocar. On the inner tube 0.5 cm proximal to its distal, blind end, a side window is formed, corresponding to the outer tube window. When the inner tube is rotated through 180°, the window is sealed by the wall of the outer tube.

EFFECT: technical result is a shortening of manipulation duration and asepticity, completely excluding the infection of a wound of the abdominal wall when an infected object, biopsy sample or organ is removed.
